About us

    My wife Judy and I purchased the already established Brockville Copy Shop in January of 2007.  Prior to that, I worked for thirteen years in a managerial capacity for a commercial printing facility. This is where I learned how vitally important the roles of Customer Satisfaction, Honesty, Integrity and also Trust play in acquiring, maintaining and keeping valued customers.

    So with that in mind, our goal is to maintain the relationship we enjoy with not only our present customers, but also the customers that we inherited when we purchased the store.  The addition of our commercial printing capabilities will serve as beneficial for past, present and future customers alike.
