About us

    I purchased the already established Brockville Copy Shop in January of 2007.  Prior to that, I worked for thirteen years in a managerial capacity for a commercial printing facility. This is where I learned how vitally important the roles of Customer Satisfaction, Honesty, Integrity and also Trust play in acquiring, maintaining and keeping valued customers.

    So with that in mind, the goal of this store is to create and maintain a long term relationship not only with new customers, but also with the customers that we inherited when we purchased the store. The added benefit of introducing commercial and high volume printing capabilities will serve as beneficial for past, present and future customers alike.
